How to Sort/Filter by Devices based on State/Filter?

You can filter devices based on the status or filter of the devices and then select all/multiple devices to start those processes. 

1.  Navigate to IT Management > Asset Status > Asset Map.

The Asset Map page is displayed.

2.  Click the Filter icon to display the filter dropdown list.

3.  Select the state of the device you want to apply filter on. The available states are Servers, Ignored, Workstations, New Devices, Failed Devices, Installing Devices, Offline Devices, and Online Devices.

The devices based on the selected state are displayed.

In a similar manner, you can also apply the existing filters. 

4.  Select the filter from the Filter field. The available filters are New Devices, Failed Devices, Installed Devices, and Ignored Devices.

Based on the filter selected, the devices are displayed.

You can also sort the records either in ascending or descending order based on the column. Click the up arrow in the column to sort the records in the ascending order. Similarly, the down arrow in the column allows you to sort the records in descending order.
