How to Configure Backup Schedules?

You can set up the backup schedule based on your backup needs.

The following example illustrates how to configure the backup schedule in the Network Backup > File Backup section.

1. Navigate to Backup Management > Network Backup.

The File Backup page is displayed where you need to scroll down the page to the Configure Backup Schedules section.

Here, you can view the details of the records and configure the schedule.

2. Enter/ select the values in the fields as required in the row of the record you wish to schedule.

Field	Description
NO	Refers to the auto-populated serial number of the record
SYSTEM NAME	Refers to the auto-populated system name of the record
IP ADDRESS	Refers to the auto-populated IP address of the record
OS	Refers to the auto-populated operating system of the record
STORAGE	Refers to the storage network for the backup record
SOURCE PATH	Refers to a specific location from which the file is selected for backup
SCHEDULE TYPE	Refers to the frequency type at which the file backup is automatically initiated
DAY/DATE	Refers to the date/ day when the file backup is executed
SCHEDULE TIME	Refers to the time when the file backup is executed
NOTIFY EMAIL	Refers to the email address to send the schedule notification
ACTION	Refers to the Save action necessary to save the configured schedule

The backup schedule is saved.
