How to Manage Asset Triggers?

The Triggers tab of the asset allows you to view and manage all active and AI triggers of the asset. You can set a trigger as completed or acknowledged. 


1.  Navigate to IT Management > Asset Management.


The Asset Management page is displayed.


2.  Click the select option in the row of the asset the details of which you want to view.

3. Scroll down the page.


The Device Details section is displayed. 


4.  Navigate to Triggers.


The Triggers tab is displayed.



5.  Select the trigger and select the required option from the Actions drop down list. The available options are Completed, Acknowledged, and Move to History.
