You can view the details of a trigger and manage its threshold notifications.
1. Navigate to IT Management > Alarms/Triggers > Triggers.
The Triggers page is displayed.
2. Click in the row of the trigger to view its details.
The Threshold Notification Management dialog is displayed.
You can add or edit the assignee, time taken, and comments. You can also acknowledge or close a trigger.
3. Add or edit the assignee by selecting the email address of the assignee from the Token By drop down list.
4. Set the time to address the issue in the Time Required field.
5. Add comments, if any in the Comments field.
6. Select the relevant box to either Acknowledge or to set the trigger as Closed.
7. Click Submit.
The changes to the notification threshold are saved.
